  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Regular
  • 180 mL (¾ cup) large flaked oats
  • 60 mL (¼ cup) unsalted mixed nuts (e.g. almonds and walnuts)
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) dried cranberries
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) dried raisins
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) honey

How to make

  • Place oats, nuts, and dried fruits in a sealable container.
  • Pour Ensure® Regular over mixture and stir.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight. The mixture will soak up the Ensure® Regular.
  • The next morning, drizzle with honey and serve cold.
