- 1 bottle (235 mL) Ensure® High Protein 16 g, Vanilla
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) orange juice
- 90 mL (⅓ cup) frozen pineapple chunks
- 125 mL (½ cup) frozen mango cubes
How to make
- Pour Ensure® High Protein 16 g and orange juice in a blender.
