Peach Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Regular, chilled
  • 125 mL (½ cup) canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 mL (¼ tsp) vanilla extract
  • 1 mL (¼ tsp) ground cinnamon

How to make

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
