INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Chocolate Ensure® High Protein
  • 1 banana
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) peanut butter
  • 30 mL (2 Tbsp) quick oats
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

How to make

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour and serve.
