This post-workout smoothie recipe has an ideal protein to carbohydrate ratio to help your muscles recover after exercise.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bottle (235 mL) Chocolate Ensure® High Protein
- 1 banana
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) peanut butter
- 30 mL (2 Tbsp) quick oats
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
How to make
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour and serve.
