INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Plus Calories
  • 125 mL (½ cup) frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 75 mL (⅓ cup) pasteurized liquid egg whites

How to make

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour and serve.
