Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

  • This delicious fruit smoothie contains two portions of fruit per serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bottle (235 mL) Vanilla Ensure® Regular, chilled
  • 125 mL (½ cup) frozen whole raspberries
  • 125 mL (½ cup) frozen whole strawberries
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 15 mL (1 Tbsp) sugar or artificial sweetener

How to make

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
